• No refunds for engaging other providers or incomplete design briefs.
• 'Change of mind' or non-service-related reasons aren't eligible for refunds.
• Partial refunds may apply under specific conditions.
• No refunds after 15 days from purchase; certain services are non-refundable.
• Websites not eligible for refunds post-design approval and development.
• Money-back guarantee only for completely rejected initial designs; partial refunds incur a 33% deduction.

Note: Next Pole Digital reserves the right to reject projects or cancel contracts. After a refund, all designs become Next Pole Digital property.
